Aqaba

Aqaba Jordan’s window to the sea, enclosed by pink and mauve tinted mountains it’s the ideal location for relaxation and water sports. Its sandy beaches and coral reefs are the most unspoiled on the Red Sea attracting divers from all the corners in the world. For history enthusiast Aqaba has sites reflecting human habitation for at least 5,500 years. Of special interest are the Islamic city called Ayla, Aqaba Fort, and the museum at the house of Sharif Hussein Bin Ali, great grandfather of King Hussein.
